NEW! JamPack Special Edition MP3 mixed by DJ Manifest "Strictly ATCQ"

So one fine day DJ Manifest and I thought having a themed mix would be appropriate given that we all, at one time or another, feel for a certain type of music at different times of our day/week/life. Otherwise known as MOOD MUSIC.

When it's Saturday afternoon and you're getting your weekly chores done, you can listen to the "Cleaning Your House" mix. When you're getting ready to head out with the girls or boys, you can listen to "Get Your Sexy (or Swag, which ever applies to you) On" mix and so on.

So in celebration of great mixes and hey maybe a music lesson here and there. Here's our first installment. A complete mix of all of A Tribe Called Quest, because simply put they might be the best '90's rap group ever. Enjoy now or download later!

NEW! Video: Keri Hilson ft. Kanye West & Ne-Yo "Knock You Down"

Honestly, a big fan of Kanye's music, but I just can't stand him as Keri's love interest. And then to make it 10 times worse Ne-Yo too? I mean, this is worse then when he was Brandy's man in "Talk About Our Love". STOP IT! STOP IT RIGHT NOW! Keri's new video features Ye and Ne-Yo in "Knock You Down"... sigh, completely not interested. Maybe you will be? Talk about it.

NEW! Video: Ciara featuring. Justin Timberlake Love Sex Magic"

JE-BUS! If sex didn't sell anything before it sure as hell does now. Ciara's new video "Love Sex Magic" is dancing along that fine line of straight WTF? Justin isn't my favorite sex symbol for obvious reasons - he's just not fine... AT ALL. And here I thought Beyonce was throwing it down in her "Single Ladies" video, Ciara really out did herself this time GOD DAMN! Check the video below... BTW did Ciara get implants? Cause her joints are looking bigger? I don't know, I am just saying.

President Obama on Jay Leno

A little late but still significant President Obama takes a moment to have a one-on-one with talk show host Jay Leno. The President made it a point that the American people need to stay focused and work to get the economy back on the right track. Everyday this man becomes more and more of an inspiration and is it ever a wonder why? Watch the whole clip below without the commercials (ah, the beauty of the internet).

NEW! Video: Serani "No Games"

I have yet to go to a club and NOT hear this song. Probably one of the better reggae songs out now that doesn't talk about shooting someone in their head and all that type gangsterism... While I can respect the artistry of song writing / and Serani's singing abilities, boy no one, and I mean no one can do a mean green screen like the Jamaicans.

NEW! Video: Kid CuDi "My Super Boo"

Not your average booty-shaking, bottle-popping, money-flinging type video... but a more sophisticated montage of beautiful women. As a woman myself, I can appreciate that it's just beautiful women and their selves *pause*. No extras, no alcohol, and no expensive clothing and accessories... just them and some bed sheets. CLASSIC... Take a look-see for yourself...

UPDATE: Dancing with the Stars & Lil' Kim

Good god, Lil' Kim dancing with her plastic self apparently did a good job on the Dancing with the Stars premier. She got 7's across the board and was praised with "having potential" to be a true ballroom dancer. Check Lil' Kim out, all the while dedicating her first dance to all the hoodrat chicks in her favorite 2nd home - the Philly Detention Center.

The Bachelor -- Finale!

Ok. So, I wouldn't normally blog about Pop culture Reality TV such as these under normal circumstances, but this just can't go without being mentioned...

[Guys] I'm not sure if you have seen the movie "He's Just Not That Into You!" yet. But, contrary to popular belief, the movie is actually neutral to both sexes - meaning, it would be a comedy even for the most hetero males to watch. You will enjoy it.

The point is, "He's Just Not..." was a good wake up call for women to stand up, wake up, and get your act together when it comes to men and their ways - for the better or the worst. We need to be independent femmes who will respect ourselves enough to know when it is healthy or not to pursue a relationship.

In my opinion, "He's Just Not That Into You" placed the female gender about 20 points ahead.

In contrast[!!!] last night's finale of "The Bachelor" brought the female gender back about 10 points back.

The episode -- particularly the last 30mins of the show was a total mash up of young, beautiful, talented women putting A-Man ahead of themselves. Even when the Bachelor chooses, proposes, and pursues a relationship with one of the two finalist, and then 6-Weeks later realizes he has made a mistake, and turns to contender #2 who willingly happily accepted. It is just shameful and pitiful on all fronts. Quite frankly, a disservice to many women out there who see past the b***s**t.

As one blogger put it; "He got two girls, and the ring back. Go Jason!"

Does anyone Not see the Shame in this???

Tsk, Tsk!!!
